Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is where decisions are made. This self appointed group accepts responsibility for the planning and execution of any events, programs or meetings held in the name of the Sustainable Enterprise Conference. These are affiliate members that have decided to take an active role in the direction of the conference.

Committee Reponsobility:

  • Make decisions
  • Provide oversight
  • Facilitate & organize steering committee meetings
  • Review and approve budget
  • Secure sponsors / raise funds
  • Recruit new members
  • Create policy
  • Set large goals

Personal Responsibilities:

  • Attend the majority of meetings.
  • Contribute input for the overall direction of the conference, via email and meetings.
  • Make major decision based on a consensus decision making process.
  • Support the success of the conference through their own personal or business networks
